3. Is there a dress code guests should be aware of?

Yes, The Queen Baton Rouge has a dress code in place:

      • Shirts and shoes are required.
      • No excessively low or baggy pants that reveal undergarments or backsides.
      • Tank tops that are considered undershirts or excessively revealing are not permitted.
      • Hoods (e.g., hoodies, rain jackets) may not be worn to conceal your head; they are allowed but must remain down.
      • Clothing that is vulgar, offensive, or otherwise likely to cause a disturbance will be addressed at the discretion of Security or Management.

14. Are tickets refundable or transferable?

Refunds are available up to 7 days before the event; however, ticketing fees charged by Eventbrite (The Queen Baton Rouge’s ticketing provider) are nonrefundable. Requests for ticket transfers can be made using the contact information provided by Eventbrite on your receipt.

15. How can guests access their tickets if they lose or can’t find them before an event?

The Queen Baton Rouge does not issue physical tickets. All tickets are electronic and sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. If you cannot locate your tickets, a will-call list will include the names of all purchasers, which can be verified upon arrival.

20. Are outside food and drinks allowed in the venue?

Unfortunately, outside food and beverages are not permitted at The Queen Baton Rouge.
